Project Workflow
1. Project Scope and Estimate

To get started, I kindly ask clients to take a moment to fill out the Client Intake Form. Having this information is valuable in getting a clear picture of your project, understanding its scope, and making well-informed decisions about estimates and timelines.
In about 48 hours, I'll be in touch with an estimate and my availability. This is our chance to discuss project goals, and fine-tune the details of deliverables and timelines together, either via email or a video call.

2. Contract
Once we've ironed out the details, I'll send over a work-for-hire contract via email for us both to digitally sign. This document spells out the scope, costs, and deadlines. It's all about making sure we're on the same page and giving everyone peace of mind with a safe and solid foundation for our work together.
Please kindly complete the form below so I can gather the essential information required to draft a contract for our project:
3. Deposit and Payment

Before we begin the project, I will send an invoice requesting a 20% deposit via email. Deposits are typically required for first-time clients or larger-scale projects.
You have the flexibility to make payments through bank transfer/Zelle, or, if your company uses a payroll platform like Gusto, that's also an option. Additionally, if needed, I can provide my W9 at this point for tax purposes.

4. Art Direction and Deliverables
Ok, we're ready to start! In this phase, I'll create the project deck that outlines the goals and deliverables of our upcoming project, as well as developing a clear art direction for the work we're creating together.

In cases where the project entails multiple creative concepts, those will be presented within this deck. Even if the project appears straightforward, this step is important in aligning our vision, determining the desired aesthetic, and establishing clear specs for the final deliverables.
5. Shoot Location

To minimize costs, smaller product shoots are usually shot in my fully-equipped home studio. However, due to limited space, these shoots are typically conducted without the client's physical presence.

For larger projects, especially those involving additional crew, we can arrange to shoot at an external studio or a location of your choice, and clients are more than welcome to join!

6. Product Delivery

Clients based in Chicago have the option of arranging product pickup or drop-off based on their preference, with products generally available for collection 48 hours after the shoot day.

For clients outside of Chicago, please ship the products to:

Bruna Zanardo Studio LLC
1838 W Grand Ave, Unit 2R
Chicago, IL 60622

I strongly recommend using a tracking option during shipping. Any expenses incurred for return shipping will be invoiced to the client for reimbursement.
6. Photoshoot
The photoshoot is scheduled for the agreed-upon date. Shortly after, I'll upload all the images to a private gallery. You'll have the opportunity to select your favorites for retouching. I kindly request that you make your selections within 48 hours to ensure a smooth and prompt workflow.
7. Image Retouching
The retouching process typically requires an additional 5-7 days. The exact duration will be outlined in our work contract, and depends on the number of images.
8. Revisions

Every project includes one round of retouching revisions, typically completed within 2 business days (the exact timeframe depends on the number of images). If you find you would like additional rounds of revisions for your project, please remember these should be discussed and agreed upon during the project scope/contract conversation. If you wish to make further revisions beyond the initial agreement, please be aware that it could have an impact on both the overall cost and timeline of the project.

9. Final Invoice and Project Delivery

Once you are satisfied with the final images, I will send you the final invoice. Upon receiving final payment, I will promptly share the high-resolution final images with you via Google Drive.

10. Share Your Experience

At the end of our collaboration, I genuinely hope you're thrilled with the outcomes of our shoot! If you have a moment, I would greatly appreciate hearing about your experience working with me.
Sharing a review goes a long way in helping me connect with new clients and enables me to keep doing what I'm passionate about. Thank you for co-creating something special with me!
